We are a small family run company based in Flintshire, North Wales. We are a licensed private hire/taxi operator with Flintshire County Council. Being licensed we have to operate to strict regulations regarding drivers, vehicles and record keeping. For more information please visit the Flintshire County Council Web Site. The company was formed by Mike Phipps who has been involved in the North Wales Taxi/Private Hire Industry for over 25 years, with a vast experience of airport transfers and executive type work, he has developed an airport transfer/taxi company that puts it’s customers needs to the front.

Our Drivers
We believe that the key to a good service is the driver. It is no good having smart vehicles if they are let down badly dressed and quite often rude drivers. After all the driver who meets your clients or guests at the airport can be that persons first impression of you or your company!
All our drivers are smartly dressed, courteous and knowledgeable. They will assist you with your baggage and in any other way. We try to assign the same driver to both parts of your trip, they all carry mobile phones as an additional method of contact. Your driver will keep you informed of any traffic or weather conditions that may cause delays to your journey. In addition to the above all our drivers are licensed by the local authority and carry identification to this effect. All our drivers have also undergone a police C.R.B.(Criminal Record Bureau) check.
A female driver is also available if specifically requested.

Our Vehicles
All our vehicles are modern, well maintained, fully insured and licensed by the Local Authority. They all undergo a twice yearly council inspection in addition to our own regular checks and inspections. We also carry a fire extinguisher and first aid kit on board every vehicle.
The the vehicles are kept to a high level of cleanliness both internally and externally. Our vehicles are air-conditioned for your comfort.We have available executive type cars, estates and an eight seater minibus.
